Response times

Free and Researcher plans receive a response within two business days. Pro plans within one business day. Enterprise plans through a dedicated channel agreed in the contract, typically the same business day.

Outside standard European business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 EET / EEST) messages are read on the next business day. Security-critical reports (please label the subject with SECURITY) are routed to a pager and answered immediately.
